    Feeling good ! I mean we are feeling great ! How is this possible ? It's amazing how it all comes together so well when you do the right thing and your body loves you for it.     5am 20 minute INTERVAL Cardio Workout
    10:45am Biceps Triceps & Shoulders
    5:30pm 60 minute WALKING Cardio Workout

    STANDING SIDELATERAL RAISE s/s KNEE TUCK ABS X 15
    15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)
