Adam Frost discusses his RHS Chelsea Flower Show gold medal winning creation, and is joined by a host of celebrity ambassadors from the Alzheimer’s Society.

Adam Frost is no stranger to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and this year’s outdoor space is the sixth garden that he has designed for the prestigious event. Styled as a modern family garden, it provides an environment where people can enjoy a connection to food and nature, as well as an outdoor space where people can spend time with family and friends.
