Originally posted in November 2010, the first version generated over 12,000 views and a lot of nasty comments by water dealers who were distributors for the "water treatment" product in the video.
In a spirit of fairness, I have reposted this video with a new introduction that gives more specifics about the original storyline including a story about a customer who had a POSITIVE experience with an alternative product - and because I am no longer associated with the manufacturer or LOWE'S, I cut the original ending telling you how to purchase a water softener from LOWE'S...shop around!!!
