We're up to week three and we are right on track. We've settled into a steady workout rhythm and are getting stronger, leaner, and feel just fantastic. We're uploading videos every day and are posting our meals in real time to facebook so check that out. Today we do Chest and Back. Here's our routine for today.

5am 20 minute INTERVAL Cardio Workout
2:00pm Chest & Back Workout

D/B Chest Press s/s Wide Grip Assited Chins
15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)
