Weekend One-Up: Front Squats, Burpees, and Toes-to-Bar

PJ Stahl, co-owner of Reebok CrossFit LAB, takes you through a new Weekend One-Up challenge. This week's workout: a 15-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of squats, burpees, and toe-to-bar. The rep scheme is as follows: 5 reps of all exercises, then 10 reps, then 15 reps, and so forth, progressing by 5 rounds for each round.
