2 oz Tequila
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Ginger Root (peeled)
6 Mint Leaves
3 oz of Club Soda
Shake all ingredients less the soda.....strain into ice filled cocktail glass.
Top with soda, stir, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
