ONE WORLD, ONE CONSCIENCE
It is an emergency call by One Voice to the conscience of all citizens of the planet. On 2nd October, International Non Violence Day, Alain Robert is climbing the BNF to launch this appeal for a culture of non-violence in relation to all life The way we consume is causing inestimable damage. Life has been devastated. It is the responsibility of each of us to restore integrity to life by passing on an ethical, global commitment: favour products that reduce our impact on the environment, humans and animals. The first planet-wide gesture of conscience is to eat less meat. This will reduce stress on the climate, hunger in the world and animal distress. It is also an answer to water shortages. This is the strategy that is recommended by the Nobel Peace Prize winner Rajendra Pachauri, president of the Inter-governmental Group of Climate Experts. www.oneworld-oneconscience.org
