3 vehicle accident with injuries on Mountain Road and Plaza Blvd. just after 3 PM this afternoon. 2 Ambulances , MFD and Codiac RCMP responded to the crash. Road conditions were dry at the time of the collision and 3 tow trucks were needed .
Pop Bottle blows up Firefighters responding official
Moncton Fire and Codiac RCMP responded to Killam Dr around 4 P.M. this afternoon. Couple of young guys stopped a vehicle and tossed a pop bottle out of the car and it blew up. Firefighters checked the area and Police were contacting the owner of the vehicle, because a witness got a plate number.
Buckingham Fire Alarm official
Quint 12 and car 150 responded to Buckingham Ave. around 2 P.M. this afternoon for a fire alarm. Firefighters on scene discovered it was burnt food and cleared the scene. Codiac RCMP on Gunningsville Blvd in Riverview Police taped off area in the bushes awaiting Ident to arrive on scene. Officer is standing by some trees just outside taped off area. Traffic light snapped MVA injuries official
Moncton Fire, Codiac R.C.M.P. & Ambulance N.B. responded to an accident with injuries on Vaughan Harvey Blvd. around 12:30 P.M. Paramedic helped a Woman to the Ambulance, while Police talked to witnesses. Traffic light was snapped in half and public works were notified. Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash and 2 tow trucks were needed at the scene.

Codiac RCMP , Moncton Fire & Ambulance NB responded to this 2 vehicle M.V.A. on Mapleton Road in front of the Esso just before 3 P.M. this afternoon. Woman in her 70's was transported to hospital. Bus Crash multi Vehicle Accident official
Codiac R.C.M.P. responded to this multi vehicle crash just after 6:30 P.M. this evening, on Mountain Road & Vaughan Harvey Blvd. Codiac Transpo Bus came to a stop in front of Vito's, while the other vehicles were on Vaughan Harvey Blvd. Police had 1 lane blocked off and were busy taking information from the people involved. Ambulance NB stopped at the accident scene to check to see if everyone was alright. Road conditions were dry at the time of the collision and 2 tow trucks were needed.

Head on hit & run accident at the corner of St. George and Steadman St just after 7 P.M. Friday evening. Ambulance New Brunswick were first on scene and checked the people in the small car that had a lot of front end damage. Multiple accidents in the area had Police and first responders really busy, with the freezing rain and black ice in and around the Moncton area.

Codiac R.C.M.P., Moncton Fire & Ambulance N.B. responded to this rollover M.V.A. on the West bound lane of Wheeler Blvd just before 6 P.M. Friday evening. Driver of the vehicle was already out of the heavily damaged truck, when first responders arrived on scene. Freezing rain & black ice made for dangerous driving conditions & was the cause of multiple accidents in and around the Moncton area, keeping Police quite busy. 1 tow truck was needed at the accident scene.

House Fire Ayer Ave. MFD and Codiac RCMP on scene official
Moncton Fire responded with multiple units to Ayer Ave. for a structure fire just after 10 P.M. this evening. Once on scene Firefighters got the fire knocked down quickly, that was mostly around the Chimney area of the house. Codiac R.C.M.P. blocked off Ayer at Killam Drive and Ambulance N.B. was on standby . Firefighters set up a van to ventilate the house , while other firefighters cut a whole in the roof. Fire was under control by 10:30 P.M. Fire investigator also responded to the scene and N.B. Power was also needed.
Apartment building Fire Moncton official
Moncton Fire Department responded to Oakland Ave 3 storey apartment building when smoke was noticed around 5 A.M. this morning. 50 people were forced from their homes, Codiac Transpo brought a bus so people could stay warm and Red Cross was providing hot meals. Fire officials are still on scene at noon today investigating what started the fire. It is unknown when residents will be able to return.
Male arrested at 4 vehicle accident RCMP Moncton official
Codiac R.C.M.P. responded to a 4 vehicle accident on Mountain Road in front of Harvey’s just before 2:30 P.M. this afternoon. Male driver of the truck was handcuffed and placed in a Police vehicle and transported to the R.C.M.P. station on Main St. Luckily nobody was hurt in the accident. Male driver left the scene of the accident and went across the street to a business but returned to the scene when R.C.M.P. were arriving at the scene. Road conditions were good at the time of the accident and 1 tow truck was needed .
Crash vehicle on side power pole broke RCMP block road official
Codiac R.C.M.P. have Salisbury Road blocked off between the West Main Traffic Circle and Edinburgh Drive due to this single vehicle accident just before 8:30 P.M. Moncton Fire and Ambulance N.B. also responded, and Firefighters were keeping people away from the accident ,because at anytime the Power lines could come down as the pole is broke in 2 places. N.B. Power was notified , along with a tow truck for the vehicle that was leaking gas and oil. Paramedics checked on a couple of people that were in the vehicle but they appeared to be OK. Public works were also responding to bring barricades to block off the road so N.B. Power can replace the damaged pole.
