Tvlata é uma experiência educativa, criativa e de comunicação com os jovens da comunidade de Alagados em Salvador de Bahia, Brasil. Os conteúdos publicados nesta televisão experimental -os textos, imagens, musicas e filmes- foram criados pelos adolescentes e pelos colaboradores do projeto. O uso destes materiáis é restringido exclusivamente aos alvos da educação.
