Carole co founded the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), in San Diego, in 1977, where she continues to teach. She was an original faculty member at Big Sky Somatic Institute, Helena, Montana. She has taught throughout North America and in Europe.In 1980 she began collaborating with perinatal professionals and colleagues in researching and developing infant and maternity massage therapy protocols and instructional programs. She pioneered the reintroduction of therapeutic massage and bodywork to healthcare for the childbearing year. Over the years she has trained parents, hospital association staffs, and over 4000 maternity massage therapists.Carole has published two textbooks, Pre- and Perinatal Massage Therapy and Deep Tissue Sculpting, and her articles appear in many professional and mainstream publications. This particular instance the client was Bi weekly for close to a year , always scheduled their appointments 3 days in advance, and it's been close to 2 months since I've seen them, I send out quarterly email updates on new services, seasonal specials and things like that to all of my clients"

In it we all write down what we think the person needs to work on and what they are doing great at. It is confidential. One of my co-workers put things that were not true. I think she jumped to many conclusions. How would you address it or how would you change your behavior to make it clearer that you are not doing these things. One was, I posted on facebook or was on my phone all the time...which I am not. I do though, put timers on my phone because I have issues with timing. I am guessing this is what she meant. Also, i only post on facebook on breaks."
