Scott Rigsby, who lost his legs in a truck accident when he was 18, visits the Opie and Anthony Show to talk about competing in numerous competitions. Scott completed 13 triathlons and 5 road races on his way to setting world records for a double below-the-knee amputee in the Full Marathon, Half Ironman, and International Distance Triathlon, earning him a spot on the 2006 USA Triathlon Team.

Philippe Petit, the French high-wire artist who gained fame for his illegal walk between the Twin Towers in New York City on August 7, 1974, stopped by the Opie and Anthony Show to promote the new film 'Man On Wire'...and to act fairly pretentious.

Legendary performer CHUBBY CHECKER visited the Opie and Anthony Show courtesy of our friends at CW11, and since BLACK SABBATH cover band SABBRA CADABRA was in the studio playing for Jim Norton's birthday, so Chubby knocked out an impromptu version of 'The Twist' with the band.

The CBS FM studio was re-located just down the hall...NEXT DOOR, actually... to the Opie and Anthony show studio. Of course, in the spirit of being hospitable, young E Rock was sent to say "Hello" to our oldies-spinning neighbors.

May 22, 2008 - The one and only, original GALLAGHER visits the Opie and Anthony show, and wouldn't you know it? He brought his Sledge-O-Matic with him...and wouldn't you know it? We just HAPPENED to have two enormous birthday cakes on hand for Opie and Nathaniel's birthday. Despite being given strict orders NOT to blow up a birthday cake, they guys thought it would be real nifty to see an in-studio demonstration of the Sledge-O-Matic.
