Elizabeth Wessel's 2011 Spring/Summer show, "La Mer du Nord", was shown at the Black Legend in Monaco on March 15. The Riviera Woman was there to record the evening, and a few days later at the Metropole Hotel to interview Elizabeth during the Ladies Lunch event.

Every year, Dolceacqua lays on a free spectacular show featuring music, lights, vocal commentary and fireworks, to commemorate the history of the town and the battles between the Grimaldi and the Doria. This year all the music was by Pink Floyd. The show lasts for about 20 minutes and the whole town centre comes to a halt as thousands of people flock in to see the show.

The Alain Caruba Trio played at Villefranche on Sunday June 21st 2009 for the Fête de Musique.
