Encore aujourd’hui, la ville en garde les cicatrices : désastre environnemental, judiciaire et humain qui témoigne de l’irresponsabilité sociale de l’entreprise. Ne pas demander justice pour Bhopal, c’est accepter que d’autres Bhopal, lents et silencieux, existent ailleurs dans le monde, dans nos milieux de travail, dans nos communautés.

During the night of December 2nd to 3rd , 1984, a huge toxic gas cloud escapes from a tank at the Union Carbide plant, in Bhopal, India. It’s the scene of the world’s worst industrial tragedy. Even today, Bhopal and its citizens are still reeling : environmental, judicial and human disaster which shows the social irresponsibility of the company. If justice is denied in Bhopal, it means that we accept that slow and silent bhopals exist somewhere else in the world, in our workplaces, in our communities.
