Developed as a symbol for what the authors think is the essence of a creative process that every filmmaker in the field of animation goes through. Being able to switch between two stages, inspiration and creation, the Mindplotter is both mechanical and organic, hard and soft, brutal in his act of plotting out his thoughts and relaxed in his inspirational state of mind. While the Mindplotter alter egos, the world around him changes with it.

"Tancho" is a animated short created by Oscar Sheikh for his final year project. The video talks about how a Tancho crane turned into a Tancho fish. The film took place at a surreal tree island where some bugs and toys could be found on the island. Tancho is what Japanese call the red spot appeared on the crane/fish heads. The film explores randomness and unconsciousness, it reflects that superego dominates the play in our lives. The film was solely made by Oscar during 7 months.
