Lego Minecraft
This is a first person perspective LEGO animation of the hightly popular hit indie title 'Minecraft'This short was originally intended to be a trail using a camera mount which would go onto make a full film. After struggling with the initial movement and then lighting issues I decided not to persue a first person perspective and instead do a fixed camera angle. Over 1200 individual frames were taken. I'm not even aware of the FPS (I lost track after about 25). I just kept speeding it up untill it looked as similar as I could get it to the movement in Minecraft. 700 of the frames were individually edited on PhotoShop to achieve a half decent green screen effect. As I didn't really intend on doing an awful lot to this after I had tried it out, my greenscreen was somewhat... primitive... Have a look at the raw footage here!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ey57oAmihs--The music used was composed by C418. Check out his site!http://c418.org/--If you haven't already I would highly recommend buying and playing Minecraft!http://www.minecraft.net/--Check me out on YouTube!http://www.youtube.com/user/Inglis93--Follow me on Twitter here!http://twitter.com/M1NGLES
Lego Star Wars - The Last Stand
* Note - Half of this was filmed and edited during 2008. The animation improves drastically as the film progresses. I only figured out how to properly use the manual settings of my camera near the end of the first scene. Set in a non-cannon Star Wars Universe, this story takes place several decades after the battle of Endor when the second Death Star was destroyed. The eponymous hero Rohacc Warrron once again goes out to retrieve the third and final crystal, this time, on the water planet of Dac (a.k.a. Mon Calamari). Little does he know, the Sith Lord Darth Névar has staged a trap in an attempt to stop the Jedi from getting this third crystal. Once all 3 Crystals are collected, Rohacc must engage in a process which could bring balance to the force or leave it horribly scarred. The film has been in production since April 2008. With the story-line being mainly confirmed around July. Many of my 'geek' interests are apparent in this film. Themes such as 'Half-Life', 'Back to the Future', 'Resistance 2' and many others are all evident. I didn't commit to it fitting in with the Star Wars saga, more with what I was interested (or obsessed) with at the time (Hence how it ends! :P). The physics involved during the second half are completely fictional. This is the most scientifically wrong film since 'The Day After Tomorrow'.I hope you have all had a good Christmas, and hope you have a good new year! More films coming next decade!
01/01/10 - Lego Star Wars - The Last Stand
Yes, 01/01/10 will see the release of the film I've been working on since April 2008. It is over 30 minutes long with many people voicing in it. Music Composed by Kevin MacLeodincompetech.com
Katamari Blockacy
Sorry Guys, old stuff. I wanted to make this video more of a 'Katamari' video, rather than '101 Uses for a LEGO Stud'. It also gave me a chance to generate the introduction on After Effects, which was pretty fun. Last Stand is coming along, I'm doing a generator room type thing at the moment, and it's hell to do on After Effects. It should (I'm hoping) be out by Chistmas! :PLogo music was composed by Kevin McLeod
Holes in Space - An Educational Motion Picture
A small array of Last Stand clips sliced up into an Educational Motion Picture from the 1930's! This was what was taking me all the time, I intend to have the film out this summer! (I promise!) Music composed by Kevin McLeod incompetech.com
Lego Star Wars - The Last Stand Trailer III
This is the 3rd and last trailer of "The Last Stand". Hopefully the film should be next! I am aware I said it would be out in Febuary, but it's no where near completion... xD I have gone for a more classical approach to this trailer, similar to the one at the end of the Killzone 2 Demo. The framerate was slowed right down in many parts to fit in with the music; Don't worry, it will look better in the final film... (Which is standing at around 11 minutes at the moment...) "The Flower Duet" is the name of the song.
Lego Star Wars - The Last Stand Trailer II
A small trailer of "The Last Stand" I'm currently working on a minute of space footage (Similar to the bits at the beginning and end of this). It's hard work, boring and takes ages. I'm going to try and have the film out sometime in Febuary.
Lego Star Wars Last Stand Trailer
Note: I have added French Subtitles if you need them! I'm sorry for my bad French! Please Correct me if I'm wrong! (Which is most likely!)Ah, after 6 months of working on it, "The Last Stand" should be finished in Spring 2009. I've tried quite hard to give away as least of the plot as possible as I want that to wait for the final movie. Starring! darthmilo77 spugesdu BrickUnit forrestfire101 Keshen8 keatthebeat24 and Myself! :D Saminatorger, OZZYPROD & LegoStarWarsGuy also have parts in un-started scenes! :P Special thanks to all you guys! ^^ The trailer is to show that I'm not sitting doing nothing and am making my way through a long film, I think it may have to be 2 films as it'll probably break the 10 minute rule! XD
Lego Pac Man - The Movie
Note: This is a stand alone trailer. It will never be made into a real film. Ok, firstly, I'd like to say a huge thanks to Scott Gairdner for letting me use the audio, titles and the idea from his movie. If you haven't already seen it, watch it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWL6j0... Now, where do I start... I have spent a LOT of time on After Effects with this film, it took ages just to put the Ghosts in, nevermind Explode them and make them look ill with power pellets... I've tried to do make the camera angles appear more realistic with moving it and zooming in on AE. The lowest framerate was 13 FPS and the highest 25 (For the running). I'm really sorry Pac-Man's helmet isn't 100% yellow, It was the closest I had. Anyways, If you're still reading this, as most people have probably lost interest with me going on about a program, I hope you enjoy it :P
Lego Zelda Clip
Was going to be the start of Zelda II but I lost interest with this footage. I will be doing something far bigger. Far bigger.

Lego: Star Trekking
Lego Star Trekking is a music video based on the star trek spoof song done by the Firm. This is one of my earlier videos and I didnt have a tripod at the time therefore, it's very choppy. And Yes, I am aware on how awful this film is.

Lego Zelda
This non-canon film is based several years after "The Ocarina Of Time".Ganondorf has escaped from the Evil Realm, and has stolen the three spirital stones from the Temple of Time. Link must go and get them back. I know its a weak storyline but I put a few fight scenes, lots of sound effects and a Poe getting pasted by link. This video was Featured on the main page of Dailymotion. It got 40,000 views in 24 hours. I'm sorry about the horrific grammar, I wasn't too fussed about it around the time I made it... Lego Star Wars Episode 4 alternate Ending
Lego Star Wars: Episode 4 Alternate Ending is a comedy spoof on how episode 4 might of ended. The only point in this is that I wanted to make a video where a model builds by itself. once i made the model building part, i felt it needed a bit of story. i tried to make it as amusing as possible (remember my sense of humour is lame!) so here it is... Flimed at 10fps -Music- The Moisture Farm
