In the wake of her embarrassing 'celebrity shoplifter' incident, Erik re-assigns Illeana to the IKEA warehouse Desperate to get back on track to win 'Co-Worker of the Year,' Illeana hires 'Ask a Ninja's' Kent Nichols and Doug Sarine to produce a campaign video that slings more than a little mud at her competitor Justine Bateman.
