Part one of one of Malcolm's greatest recordings -- the chilling Last Message, in which he begins by talking about his experience staying at a house in Detroit that had been bombed the night before his speech. The style of the speech is proud, firm, and extremely confident -- with a richness in themes and presentation that really gets across the untapped potential and genius that was taken away from us all too soon! And when, prior to going into the Muslim world, I didn't have any -- Elijah Muhammad had taught us that the white man could not enter into Makkah in Arabia, and all of us who followed him, we believed it. And he said the reason he couldn't enter was because he's white and inherently evil, it's impossible to change him. And the only thing that would change him is Islam, and he can't accept Islam because by nature he's evil. And therefore by not being able to accept Islam and become a Muslim, he could never enter Makkah. This is how he taught us, you know. So when I got over there and went to Makkah and saw these people who were blond and blue-eyed and pale-skinned and all those things, I said, "Well!" But I watched them closely. And I noticed that though they were white, and they would call themselves white, there was a difference between them and the white one over here. And that basic difference was this: in Asia or the Arab world or in Africa, where the Muslims are, if you find one who says he's white, all he's doing is using an adjective to describe something that's incidental about him, one of his incidental characteristics; so there's nothing else to it, he's just white.
The religion of Islam was taught by the prophet Muhammad early in the 7th century CE. Muhammad died in 732, but Islam spread with the new Arab empire. By the middle of the 8th century, it was established as the religion of the ruling elite in Iberia, North Africa, the middle east, and parts of central Asia. Ultimately it would extend as far as southeastern Europe, northern India, and the Philippines. It outlasted the empire that helped it to survive and prosper. Although the Arabs had little architectural tradition of their own, they borrowed extensively from the materials, styles, forms, and methods of existing traditions. The Roman, Byzantine, and Sasanid empires were important sources. We should realize, however, that while a style or method may be taken from a pre-Islamic source, the result may be adapted and given a new meaning by Islamic architects and others. At different times and to different degrees, the unity of religion and empire made Islam a cultural ecumeme - a large area in which abstract ideas, artistic forms, and articles of commerce could circulate. Thus we find both unity and diversity in architecture throughout the Islamic world. The mosque, for example, is the emblematic Islamic building, recognized throughout the world as the material symbol of a great religion. Although in principle it need only provide a place for prayer and submission, the mosque evolved into a more complex structure. The great congregational mosques were constructed by combining a number of standard elements: outer walls, courtyard, water, prayer hall, minaret, and mihrab. Yet within this unity, we find variety. Hillenbrand distinguishes three broad types: the Arab, Iranian, and Ottoman. Each of these types has its own unmistakable style. The Arab hypostyle, the Iranian courtyard with iwans, and the massive Ottoman domes and slender minarets are distinct variations that represent different regional histories. Enjoy this documentaire.
The notion that the Pentagon was not damaged by terrorists who hijacked American Airlines Flight 77 (a Boeing 757) and crashed it into the military office complex, but that the whole affair was staged by the U.S. government, has been promulgated by French author Thierry Meyssan in his book, The Frightening Fraud. Meyssan offers no real explanation for what did cause the extensive damage to the Pentagon, asserting only that Flight 77 did not exist, no plane crashed into the Pentagon, and that "the American government is lying." Unfortunately, the appeal of conspiracy theories has resulted in widespread dissemination of Meyssan's "theory" in France and the USA, particularly in web sites that mirror his work. As Le Nouvel Observateur noted: "This theory suits everyone - there are no Islamic extremists and everyone is happy. It eliminates reality." The text cited in the example above comes from a Hunt the Boeing! And test your perceptions! web site, one of the English-language mirrors of Meyssan's claims, where readers are invited to ponder a series of questions about why photographs of the damaged Pentagon seemingly show no evidence of a crashed airplane. The answers to the questions are: Can you explain how a Boeing 757-200, weighing nearly 100 tons and travelling at a minimum speed of 250 miles an hour only damaged the outside of the Pentagon?
Blackwater USA is a private military company and security firm founded in 1997 by Erik Prince and Al Clark. It is based in the U.S. state of North Carolina, where it operates a tactical training facility that it claims is the world's largest. The company trains more than 40,000 people a year, from all the military services and a variety of other agencies. The company markets itself as being "The most comprehensive professional military, law enforcement, security, peacekeeping, and stability operations company in the world". At least 90% of its revenue comes from government contracts, two-thirds of which are no-bid contract. The company made headlines in early 2004 when four of its troops were ambushed and burned in the Sunni hotbed of Fallouja — two charred, lifeless bodies left to dangle for hours from a bridge. That incident marked a turning point in the war, sparked multiple U.S. sieges of Fallouja and helped fuel the Iraqi resistance that haunts the occupation to this day. Already, private contractors constitute the second-largest "force" in Iraq. At last count, there were about 100,000 contractors in Iraq, of which 48,000 work as private soldiers, according to a Government Accountability Office report. These soldiers have operated with almost no oversight or effective legal constraints and are an undeclared expansion of the scope of the occupation. Many of these contractors make up to $1,000 a day, far more than active-duty soldiers. What's more, these forces are politically expedient, as contractor deaths go uncounted in the official toll.
Explosive Testimony! NYFD 9/11 eyewitnesses Graeme MacQueen, Founding Director of the Centre for Peace Studies (McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario) reads part of the New York Fire Department firefighters testimony: Firefighter Angel Rivera: "When we hit the 19th floor, something horrendous happened. It was like a bomb went off. We thought we were dead. The whole building shook." NYFD Asst. Commissioner Stephen Gregory: I thought that I saw...low level flashes...I saw flash-flash- flash, and then it looked like the building came down. You know like when they blow up a building, when it falls down? That's what I thought I saw." Fire-fighter Daniel Rivera: "At first I thought it was... Do you ever see professional demolition where they set the charges on certain floors and then you hear, 'pop-pop-pop-pop-pop'? That's exactly what, because I thought it was that, when I heard that frigging noise, that's when I saw the building coming down." NYFD Captain Karin Deshore: "Somewhere around the middle of the World Trade Center there was this orange and red flash coming out. Initially it was just one flash. Then this flash kept popping, all the way around the building, and that building had started to explode." The New York City Fire Department, under the direction of Fire Commissioner Tom Von Essen, collected the testimony of 503 first-responder EMTs, Port Authority police, and fire-fighters. It came to 12,000 pages. The 9/11 Commission, run by White House appointee and insider, Philip Zelikow, rejected the testimony, just ignored it, not germane to the foregone conclusion. Also, somewhat explosive. MacQueen's statement was drafted for the Vancouver 9/11 Conference, June 22-24, 2007. My opinion is, based on the videotapes, that after the airplanes hit the World Trade Center there were some explosive devices inside the buildings that caused the towers to collapse". - Van Romero, Vice President For Research At New Mexico Institute Of Mining And Technology
Alexander Emerick Jones (born February is an American radio host and filmmaker who is best known for his work in promotion of conspiracy theories. Alex Jones is considered by many to be the grandfather of what has come to be known as the 9/11 Truth Movement. Jones predicted the 9/11 attack in a July 2001 television taping when he warned that the Globalists were going to attack New York and blame it on their asset Osama bin Laden. View the clip here. Since 9/11 Jones has broken many of the stories which later became the foundation of the evidence that the government was involved. After helping BBC journalist Greg Palast break major stories Palast publicly thanked Alex for being the only radio host to pay attention to W199I, a leaked document concerning FBI protection of groups linked to Al-Qaeda. "This guy is a national treasure, a light breaking through the electronic Berlin Wall of the US media establishment." Keep in mind when reading this, that the man being interviewed is no two-bit internet conspiracy buff. Stanley Hilton was a senior advisor to Sen Bob Dole (R) and has personally known Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz for decades. This courageous man has risked his professional reputation, and possibly his life, to get this information out to people. The following is from his latest visit to Alex Jones' radio show. Forwarded with Compliments of Free Voice of America (FVOA): Accurate News and Interesting Commentary for Amerika's Huddled Masses Yearning to Breathe Free. Note: All honor to Stanley Hilton for risking his life so that we may know the truth of 9/11. "This (9/11) was all planned. This was a government-ordered operation. Bush personally signed the order. He personally authorized the attacks. He is guilty of treason and mass murder." --Stanley Hilton This guy is a national treasure, a light breaking through the electronic Berlin Wall of the US media establishment." - BBC Reporter Greg Palast
In a democracy, the ultimate responsibility for a nation’s actions rests with its citizens. The top rung of government – the entity with the ultimate power of governance – is the asserted will of the people. Therefore, in any democracy, it is essential that its citizens be fully and accurately informed. It is our belief that when Americans know the facts on a subject, they will, in the final analysis, act in accordance with morality, justice, and the best interests of their nation, and of the world. With insufficient information, or distorted information, they may do the precise opposite. It is the mission of If Americans Knew to ensure that this does not happen – that the information on which Americans base their actions is complete, accurate, and undistorted by conscious or unconscious bias, by lies of either commission or omission, or by pressures exerted by powerful special interest groups. It is our goal to supply the information essential to those responsible for the actions of the strongest nation on earth – the American . 118 Israeli children have been killed by Palestinians and 952 Palestinian children have been killed by Israelis since September 29, 2000. At least 4,274 Palestinians and 1,024 Israelis have been killed since September 29, 2000. 31,531 Palestinians and 7,633 Israelis have been injured since September 29, 2000. Every day, the U.S gives more than $7,023,288* to the Israeli government and military (and at least $108 billion since 1948), but provides nothing** to the Palestinians. Israel is the target of at least 65 UN Resolutions and the Palestinians are the target of none. 1 Israeli is being held prisoner by Palestinians, while 10,756 Palestinians are currently imprisoned by Israel. 0 Israeli homes have been demolished by Palestinians and 4,170 Palestinian homes have been demolished by Israel since September 29, 2000.
Despite all the attention given to Iran's nuclear moves, the other side of that equation — Israel's nuclear weapons — usually receives scantattention. The Carnegie Endowment's Joe Cirincione argues that Israel has a great interest in a Middle Eastfree of nuclear weapons. He also argues that President Bush now has an opportunity to cut the Gordian knot. or quite some time now, Washington officials have been pressuring the International Atomic Energy Agency to find Iran's nuclear power program in "material breach" of its treaty obligations not to develop nuclear weapons. In fact, the world does well to remember that most Middle East weapons programs began as a response to Israel's development of nuclear weapons. That program started in the early 1950s — and had secretly yielded a bomb by 1968. Israel is now believed to have between 100 and 200 nuclear weapons, a stockpile of chemical weapons and a biological weapons program that may have developed several weapons agents. If you do not know much about Israel's programs, it is not surprising. Israel is never mentioned in semi-annual reports the U.S. Congress requires the intelligence agencies!! Yet, Israel is the only nation in the Middle East with nuclear weapons and an array of medium-range missiles that could deliver them. Of course, the United States does not see Israel as a threat — but other nations in the region do. That is the whole point. By ignoring Israel's programs in order to protect the people of Israel, we may actually be increasing their danger. Mordechai Vanunu was a technician at Dimona, Israel's nuclear installation, from 1976 to 1985. He discovered that the plant was secretly all producing nuclear weapons. His conscience made him speak out and in 1986 he provided the London Sunday Times with the facts and photos they used to tell the world about Israel's nuclear weapons programme. His evidence showed that Israel had stockpiled up to 200 nuclear warheads, with no debate or authorisation from it own citizens.
Wars and conflict are major causes of poverty and suffering. They kill and injure thousands and leave many orphaned and homeless. They destabilise economies, traumatise communities and make the poorest people even poorer. Schools, hospitals and roads are destroyed. Conflict is also more likely to happen in poor countries, partly because people are desperate for land, rights, water or even food. Of the 150 or more major conflicts since World War II, 130 of these were in poor countries. Hundreds of billions of dollars are spent by governments every year on military forces. Yet far less is spent on proactive peace building and community development. The sums involved are so huge that even a modest reduction in global military spending could be redirected to significantly reduce worldwide poverty, US Government military spending) could bring massive improvements to the lives of the world’s poorest people but unfortunately this very country is playing a very big part in world problems and world solutions!!
President George Bush first asked Tony Blair to support the removal of Saddam Hussein from power at a private White House dinner nine days after the terror attacks of 11 September, 2001.According to Sir Christopher Meyer, the former British Ambassador to Washington, who was at the dinner, Blair told Bush he should not get distracted from the war on terror's initial goal - dealing with the Taliban and al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.Bush, claims Meyer, replied by saying: 'I agree with you, Tony. We must deal with this first. But when we have dealt with Afghanistan, we must come back to Iraq.' Regime change was already US policyJimmy Carter, the former US president, has strongly criticized George Bush and Tony Blair for waging an unnecessary war to oust Saddam Hussein based on "lies or misinterpretations". The 2002 Nobel peace prize winner said Mr Blair had allowed his better judgment to be swayed by Mr Bush's desire to finish a war that his father had started.Tony Blair admitted for the first time that weapons of mass destruction may never be found in Iraq, but he refused to apologise for the invasion and would not admit that the absence of stockpiles undermined his case for war. They follow a similar admission by the former chief British political representative in Iraq, Sir Jeremy Greenstock.
English historian Bettany Hughes presents the second of a fascinating two-part series on the contribution the Muslims made to modern Europe during their 700-year reign in Spain, which ended with the Spanish Inquisition in the 14th century. Hughes continues to unfurl the stunning Spanish travelogue of Part One of When the Moors Ruled in Europe, as she reveals the compelling history of the rise and fall of Islam in the West. Al Andalus, as the Islamist Moors called their Spanish settlement, was the centre of massive intellectual and cultural revolution and many modern practices in mathematics, architecture and chemistry stem from knowledge developed there. And along the way, Hughes reveals some surprises in the complicated and messy relationship between Islamic and Catholic Spain, shedding some shocking new light on the brutal Holy War between the two. Compare this to what's happening now in the Muslim world. The part about how mercenaries where behind what was falsely written down in history as a war between two religions is chilling considering how the war on terrorism is being spun. The parallels between modern-day democracies and the Inquisition as well as the ethnic cleansing of Granada by Isabelle and Ferdinand are really stunning. The Moors are the Muslim African and Berber inhabitants of the western Mediterranean and western Sahara, including the Maghreb (the coastal and mountain lands of present day Morocco and Algeria, and Tunisia although Tunisia often is separately called Ifriqiya after the former Roman province of Africa); al-Andalus (the former Islamic sovereign areas now the region of Andalucia in southern Spain, as well as central Spain and Portugal); lands of the Sahara western to central (Mauritania and Mali, southern Morocco and Algeria, parts of Niger, Chad, and Libya); and, the strait cities of Gibraltar, and Ceuta and Melilla; as well as perhaps the Canary Islands and Sicily.
An Egyptian business mogul, Al Fayed is the owner of the world-famous Harrods department store, the English Premiership football team Fulham Football Club, and the Ritz Hotel in Paris. Al Fayed is best known outside Britain as the father of Dodi Fayed, who died in a car crash with Princess Diana. Al Fayed is ferocious in his criticism of the Royal Family, claiming them responsible for much of heartache he has had to endure. In an interview with the canadian tv, cbc.ca he accused the royal family of being behind the death of his son dodi and princes diana.
What is israel goal's in iraq?? Iraq contains 30% of the world's oil supply, and Israel, and World Jewry, want it. Israel needs to eliminate all of Iraq's intelligentsia, as they did in Russia in 1917. They start by fomenting the Iran-Iraq war, the 1991 Desert Storm, the 2003 invasion, and finally a civil war where Sunni and Shiites kill off their leaders. Israel now installs their puppet leaders, and the US builds and protects the pipelines that go from Mosul to Haifa. "A number of Israeli companies have won contracts with the Kurdish government in northern Iraq to train and equip Kurdish security forces and build an international airport, Yedioth Ahronoth reports; al-Qaeda warning of attack prompts hasty exit of all Israeli instructors from region Anat Tal-Shir. Dozens of Israelis with a background in elite military combat training have been working for private Israeli companies in northern Iraq where they helped the Kurds establish elite anti-terror units, Israel’s leading newspaper Yedioth Ahronot revealed Thursday. According to the report, the Kurdish government contracted Israeli security and communications companies to train Kurdish security forces and provide them with advanced equipment. But that’s not all. Leading Israeli companies in the field of security and counter-terrorism have set up a training camp under the codename Z at a secret location in a deserted region in northern Iraq, where Israeli experts provide training in live fire exercises and self-defense to Kurdish security forces.
Algeria, a gateway between Africa and Europe, has been battered by violence over the past half-century. The Sahara desert covers more than four-fifths of the land. Oil and gas reserves were discovered here in the 1950s, but most Algerians live along the northern coast. The country supplies large amounts of natural gas to Europe and energy exports are the backbone of the economy. In the 1990s Algerian politics was dominated by the struggle involving the military and Islamist militants. In 1992 a general election won by an Islamist party was annulled, heralding a bloody civil war in which more than 150,000 people were slaughtered. An amnesty in 1999 led many rebels to lay down their arms. Violence has largely abated, although a state of emergency remains in place. In 2001 the government agreed to a series of demands by the minority Berbers in the kabylie, including official recognition of their language, after months of unrest involving Berber youths demanding greater cultural and political recognition. Algeria under President Bouteflika has won praise from the West for backing the US-led "war on terror". At home, many credit him with the return of security. But some campaigners say abuses by the security forces go on and rights group Amnesty International says allegations about the torture of detainees continue to be reported. Mr Bouteflika says he wants to tackle Algeria's economic ills, including high unemployment and a dependency on energy exports. A veteran of the war for independence from France, Mr Bouteflika was Algeria's foreign minister for 16 years until 1979. He went into self-imposed exile for several years in the 1980s to escape corruption charges that were later dropped. Power is concentrated in the presidency, with parliament considered as a rubber-stamping body.
AIPAC, or the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, describes itself as the most important organization affecting the U.S. relationship with Israel. With a budget of $65 million, and membership now standing at over 100,000, it is no wonder that congressional staffers consider it one of the most powerful and effective lobbies on Capitol Hill. Once a year, AIPAC holds its annual conference in Washington DC. This May it was attended by over 5,000 participants. Its annual policy conference is one of Washington’s largest gatherings of lawmakers, topped only by the President’s State of the Union address. Guests this year included two-thirds of the House, half the Senate, and Vice President Richard Cheney. Only rarely is a critical word uttered among politicians regarding AIPAC and its associates that support unjust and aggressive (and disastrous) U.S. policies toward the peoples of the Middle East. For too long, policies that support Israeli militarism and occupation have gone unchallenged. Political voices raising even minor disagreements with prevailing policies are silenced or subject to campaigns of intimidation. We must open the door to full debate regarding U.S. relationship with Israel and U.S. policy with other countries in the region.
"To understand the danger of having the House of Saud involved in anything you have to understand the way business is done in Saudi Arabia. Remember, oil is the source of all revenue in Saudi Arabia, and the Saud family - under the cover of government ministries - controls how this wealth is divided up amongst themselves. The Saud family has become very clever in making this all appear to have an air of legitimacy. Otherwise, their greed and corruption becomes so obvious as to incite unrest among all the other tribes on the Arabian peninsular - not unlike the response starving French peasants had when Marie Antoinette supposedly stated "let them eat cake". To accomplish this, oil revenue must appear to be the asset of all Saudi citizens, managed for their welfare under the auspices of official government ministries (although you will not find any major government ministry not ran overtly or at least behind the scenes by anyone other than an Al Saud !! the tribe of Saud came into power, formed the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and remains in power today, due primarily to it's longstanding partnership with the Wahhabi sect of Islam centered in the Najd region (which includes Riyadh). It is this sect which supports all the muslim extremists around the world. It is these "Islamic schools" that serve as fertile breeding grounds for the recruitment of future terrorists. And it is where young students are brainwashed on a curriculum of hatred for Western values, in general, and Israel and the U.S. in particular."
The dimolishion of the world trade center, ( twin towers ) at the city of New York, USA on the 09/11/2001 by supposedly a bunches of trrorists beloning to al qaeda or is it conspiracy theory, an inside job !!?? Now days anything is possible,
