Kumbha Mela 2013, Slide Show, by Stephen Knapp
This is a slide show of the Kumbha Mela of 2013 in Allahabad, India. These photos were taken over February 8th to the 11th, the New Moon weekend, or Amavasya. This was the most important time to be there and when it was the most crowded. This gives views of the festival, the millions of people, the camps, tents, the Iskcon camp and its Harinam through the festival, the Naga Babas, the "Parade of Saints", and the bathing at the sangam, the meeting place of the Ganga and Yamuna rivers during the sacred time when the nectar of immortality was supposed to be manifest in the waters. It was an intense event, but a blessing to be there. You can also see more about this through the video recordings I have posted. Material Creation is Proof of God's Existence, by Stephen Knapp
This video shows a few points on how the active material creation and the many living beings that are seeking so many ways of self-expression, and the means to attain so many desires, is proof that God exists. Otherwise, why would there be a need of a material creation, or anything at all, if God was merely an impersonal force or great white light only. But we can obviously see that is not the case and that innumerable living beings are all over this planet looking for fulfillment. Thus, there is also a personal creative God playing an active role in arranging this creation. For more information about Vedic spirituality, and the many books of Stephen Knapp, see www.stephen-knapp.com or http://stephenknapp.info or http://stephenknapp.wordpress.com

The book also points out that if so many advancement came from ancient India, then it also would be natural that they would have the deepest and most profound spiritual path as well. The Prison of Religion and Freedom in the Vedic System, by Stephen Knapp
In this video we look at how certain religions do not provide the means nor encourage one to have their own direct and personal spiritual realizations and experiences, but to cling merely to the institution itself for deliverance, which is when they can become like a self-policing institution or dogma that keeps a person in line and from looking at any other spiritual path through the use of guilt, fear, intimidation, and even violence. In the Vedic system, you have full freedom to inquire or investigate various levels of spiritual knowledge and still be considered on the Vedic path. It gives you the means and freedom to attain your own spiritual realizations. Sanatana Dharma: The Eternal Religion, by Stephen Knapp
This explains why Sanatana Dharma is the eternal religion or spiritual path, which exists before, during and after the material creation. It is the path to attain, and the state of being of the balanced and harmonious position of the eternal soul. It is the means by which the living spiritual entity raises their consciousness to reach their normal constitutional position and how to act in that consciousness. Thus, it has nothing to do with dogma, but only a matter of development for reaching the spiritual condition while living in this material body. That is the most any religion can do, but is the central and main point of the Vedic system of Sanatana Dharma.More information about Vedic spirituality and the many books of Stephen Knapp can be found on his websites at www.stephen-knapp.com or http://stephenknapp.info or http://stephenknapp.wordpress.com

Economics the Vedic Way, by Stephen Knapp
Economics the Vedic Way: An Introduction to a Wholesome System. This looks at the basic principles of how to provide a more balanced system of economics according to the Dharmic lifestyle, in which everyone can more easily attain what they need, lead a simple but happier life, and have time to develop themselves spiritually and investigate the real purpose of human existence. We see that many people today are completely absorbed in trying to make enough money to meet their basic needs, and often living in fear that they may lose their job and everything they have acquired in life if they do not have enough funds to keep paying for all of their expenses. This is not a wholesome system, but allows the few wealthy elitists to lead a pampered life at the expense of others. This video explains a little about the Vedic alternative so everyone can benefit.
