CGR Undertow - INJUSTICE: GODS AMONG US review for Xbox 360 official
Injustice: Gods Among Us review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Injustice: Gods Among Us for XBox 360 developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Injustice: Gods Among Us does what Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe tried, but does it better. Instead of having to relate why or how Batman just got pwned by Johnny Cage (because, seriously), they've evened the playing field by ditching everyone who's not a superhero. It's the most obvious solution, and given the frantic, background-destroying, wall-busting, debris-chucking action, Injustice is so much better off for it. It's a fighting game on a much more epic level, kinda like Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom with characters people actually recognize. This video review features video gameplay footage of Injustice: Gods Among Us for XBox 360 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.

CGR Undertow - 1942 (CAPCOM ARCADE CABINET) review for PlayStation 3 official
1942 review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of 1942 as included in the Capcom Arcade Cabinet for the PlayStation 3 developed and published by Capcom. Originally released in 1984, 1942 was one of Capcom's earliest games and first hit games. It has since become one of the most popular shooters ever to fly out of the arcades. The game is based on the balance between attacking and avoiding, as enemy fighters tend to fly in formation around you. 1942 would also launch Capcom's 19XX series, the next release in which would be 1943: The Battle Of Midway. 1942 was also unique in that it was an early example of a video game adopting more serious historical subject matter. This video review features video gameplay footage of 1942 as included in the Capcom Arcade Cabinet for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

CGR Undertow - TRIGGER MAN review for PlayStation 2 official
Trigger Man review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Trigger Man for Playstation 2 developed by Wizbang! Software Productions and published by Crave Entertainment. Trigger Man puts the player in the shoes of the cleanup man for a Mafia family. The game simply reeks of budget title, but with that in mind, the game can still somewhat entertain. Trigger Man has the player going to several different locations, and killing everyone there. The game is a third person shooter with weapons like guns, knifes, and sniper rifles. The game is a budget title for the PS2, and shows its limited budget with the artificial intelligence and controls. While it is a budget title, the limitations still hold it back and should only be picked up if in the bargain bargain bin. This video review features video gameplay footage of Trigger Man for Playstation 2 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.

CGR Undertow - GRABBED BY THE GHOULIES review for Xbox official
Grabbed By The Ghoulies review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Grabbed By The Ghoulies for the Xbox developed by Rare and published by Microsoft. Having been purchased by Microsoft after years of industry dominance with Nintendo, Grabbed By The Ghoulies was Rare's very first Xbox game. Cooper and his girlfriend Amber are wandering through the forest when they stumble across the Ghouly Mansion. Perhaps had they known that was its name, they might've kept walking. Nonetheless, they go from lost in the woods to lost in a haunted mansion. Amber is kidnapped by Baron von Ghoul, so it's up to Cooper to ward off zombies, ghouls and skeletons and save his lovely lady. Grabbed By The Ghoulies has the usual Rare charm, but it would be the beginning of the once-great developer's sad decline. This video review features video gameplay footage of Grabbed By The Ghoulies for the Xbox and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Classic Game Room - SEGA SATURN RAC-CON controller review official
Innovation Rac-Con controller review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Shop CGR shirts & beer mugs! http://www.CGRstore.com Classic Game Room reviews the Innovation Rac-Con analog steering controller for the Sega Saturn which looks like a Star Trek phaser that plays racing games on Sega Saturn!! Grip the handle and turn the little rubber wheel to drive and pull the trigger to accelerate (push it forward to brake), the Innovation Rac-Con racing controller is acceptable but fails to surpass the simple beauty and functionality of the Sega Saturn racing wheel. Marvel at the Rac-Con's fake "Sega Seal of Quality" but respect it's cool laser gun like design, the Rac-Con is an entertaining oddity for Sega Saturn collectors. Sega Saturn Rac-Con controller review features Sega Saturn video review gameplay from games like Daytona USA, Hang On 95 and Sega Touring Car Championship. Congratulation!

CGR Undertow - GOD MODE review for Xbox 360 official
God Mode review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of God Mode for XBox 360, PC, and PS3 developed by Old School Games and published by Atlus. Welcome to Hades! Normally, a fresh corpse like yourself would just be met with eternal damnation and the full visitor's package, but since you're of a deific bloodline (albeit one presently in disgrace and cast down from Olympus), you've earned a chance to fight your way through a series of arenas in an attempt to validate your existence... no matter how stupidly you died. To that end, you've got levels to gain, weapons to unlock, upgrades to purchase, powers to develop and teams to build. God Mode is designed as a co-op experience, with random modifiers in each conflict, from "occasional invincibility" to "hats." This video review features video gameplay footage of God Mode for XBox 360 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.

CGR Undertow - QUAKE II review for Nintendo 64 official
Quake II review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Quake II for Nintendo 64 developed by ID Software and Raster Productions and Rogue Entertainment and published by Activision. Quake II changed the FPS genre and was then ported to the N64. This is Quake II in its entirety, which means it is a quality game. Quake II has the player taking control of a lone space marine that is sent to fight an upcoming alien invasion. The game is classic first person shooting, starting the player with a handgun and having them find more weapons. There are several different control schemes. The online multiplayer has been replaced with local multiplayer, due to the limitations of the console. This is the entirely of Quake II, only on the N64. This video review features video gameplay footage of Quake II for Nintendo 64 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.

CGR Undertow - THE SPEED RUMBLER (CAPCOM ARCADE CABINET) review for PlayStation 3 official
The Speed Rumbler review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of The Speed Rumbler as included in the Capcom Arcade Cabinet for the PlayStation 3 developed and published by Capcom. The Speed Rumbler was somewhat ahead of its time when it released to arcades in 1985. It combined the popular shoot 'em up genre with the top-down racing mechanics of games like Spy Hunter, resulting in a new action game hybrid that would inspire games like Grand Theft Auto decades later. The Speed Rumbler features Super Joe from Commando. His family has been kidnapped, and this time, he's dealing his vengeance from behind the wheel. Run down enemies, carjack other vehicles and avoid water in this arcade classic. This video review features video gameplay footage of The Speed Rumbler as included in the Capcom Arcade Cabinet for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

CGR Undertow - KNOCKOUT KINGS 2000 review for Nintendo 64 official
Knockout Kings 2000 review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Knockout Kings 2000 for Nintendo 64 developed by Black Ops and published by Electronic Arts. Knockout Kings 2000 allows fans of the sport of boxing to play as legends and heroes on their N64. The game has a full roster of previous greats and also greats of the time including Ali, Mayweather, Holmes, and De La Hoya. The boxing controls are mapped to the face buttons, and movement is done with the analog stick. The game offers several game modes including single fights, slugfests, and a career mode. There is also create-a-fighter and multiplayer. It may balance the line between realistic and arcady, but it still brings entertaining boxing home to the N64. This video review features video gameplay footage of Knockout Kings 2000 for Nintendo 64 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.

Appleseed Super Famicom review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Shop CGR shirts & mugs! http://www.CGRstore.com Classic Game Room reviews APPLESEED for Super Famicom released in 1994, a terrible side scrolling action game based on the Masamune Shirow manga series, Appleseed! Play as Deunan or Briarios and shoot bad guys, fight robots and hate life as you slog through this terrible licensed game with sub par gameplay and ear stabbing music. Appleseed videogame review features Appleseed Nintendo Super Famicom (Japanese SNES) game play. Appleseed fans should avoid this game and read the manga or watch the anime (most of which is pretty bad too except the most recent film which was ok...)
