http://www.netbooknews.com ntel's AppUp has been quietly ramping up the content in their App store but until today they haven't had an App that generated a lot of buzz. Angry Birds was announced on AppUp on the 5th of January and this move brings Angry Birds to PC. AppUp is targeted at Netbooks but for Intel this is the low bearing fruit and to be honest its a pretty taste looking fruit with a huge installed base and an estimation of 40 million in sales this year. Casual gaming is a huge market and stock piling hit titles will have to be in AppUp!'s future if they want to be come a one stop shop for mobile computing apps. If I had to venture a guess I'd say Angry Birds is the thin edge of the wedge and we'll be seeing a significant number or titles pop up over the next few months. Back in September at IDF we heard about a partnership with Konami and since that day there hasn't been a single word about it. My money is on MWC being a big show for AppUp with mobile computing announcements being high on Intel's to do list at the show. Yes, you may have noticed that we were on a bender last week. This was a follow up to a week of sobriety before that. Which followed a short bender of a couple days. Which followed a couple months of sobriety. The point I am trying to make is that we are finally learning that the same thing isn't going to make us happy every day. We are learning more to do what we want instead of what we think we should do. We have experienced this over and over again, but the lesson is finally starting to become ingrained. Its like the first time we went to a target="_new" href="http://thepopularpodcast.com/2010/02/the-popular-podcast-201-lifefucking-karma-lounge-in-austin-texas/"Energy Wednesdays at Karma/a. We just had so much fun and thought that Karma was going to be our new thing. We thought we were going to go every week and have the same amazing time we had the first time. Well, we went the next week and were like, meh. It was fun, but just not the same. The same thing happened to us earlier this summer when we first started going to the farmer's market. We had such a banner time the first time we went this summer, that we thought we had to replicate that every Saturday. The next Saturday we went, but nothing could top the previous week. We we started to catch on to, and we now understand as fact, is that its the variety, the contrast, that is the spice of life. We had such a good time at both events because it was something new. Attempting to try to replicate those rare and unique experiences only watered them down because there is no way to replicate the newness. Now we know the same methods to feel good don't work every time. Mostly importantly, we are just trying to keep it fun and interesting!

We realized on one of our walks the other night that we are way more zealous about talking about the law of attraction than any religious person we have ever met. We talk about it constantly. We are always trying to explain it to ourselves and each other. And we watch a href="http://www.abraham-hicks.com/lawofattractionsource/index.php"Abraham/a DVDs everyday to make sure we stay in The Vortex as much as possible. Its like Abraham explained to a woman who claimed she had been 'applying principles of law of attraction on her wellness journey'. While we are still trying to understand the intricacies of it, we understand the law of attraction to be a basic law of the universe. If you think about it, Abraham's teachings are not so different than most other religions. They don't denounce religion, but rather explain that whatever makes you happy is what is most important. So in a way, yes, this is our religion and we want to thank those who saved us. We are born again!
