• "Video Short List" will present twenty-some video works by international video artists, today’s high-flyers or the rising stars of tomorrow’s video art world.
• The "Top 50 Dailymotion Short List" selected from videos posted on the site, will also play non-stop in the exhibition.

• To enter, become a "Motionmaker" and post your video to the Dailymotion “Video Short List” group page before July 15.

This selection aims to show how video, like a dream machine, may change reality or its perception.
Your video must not exceed 5 min. It can be accompanied by sound but no dialog or commentary.
An international jury, including Dailymotion content staff, will select the videos to be shown in the exhibition.
You agree that your video can be exhibited (in the different towns of the 2008, 2009, 2010 tour) either among the 20 key artists of the exhibition or in the "Top 50 Dailymotion" shown non-stop, depending on the Jury's choice. Your work will be broadcast free of rights without this assignment of rights being exclusive.
