He and Michael Caine were promoting their film Now You See Me and either the affiliate was the last on a long list of interviews or Morgan didn't get a ton of sleep the night before because halfway through the interview, he actually dozes off. After the second time he falls asleep, Morgan tries to recover and pretend he's listening to what Michael is saying, but it's obvious all he really wants to know is when the interview will be over!
