Frida Giannini composed a Gucci wardrobe for a young clientele in search of eccentricity and classicism. The silhouette was directly inspired by the film Pierrot le fou, starring the French actor Jean-Paul Belmondo. The designer skillfully plays up with the bad boy and lady killer spirit with Prince of Wale check suits and a new take on tartan checks motifs.
