"just to have my three sons here is a miracle in itself, that we're all together." but making this moment even mo special is the fact that early is a brain cancer survivor. in 2005, during his second tour of duty, in iraq the corporal was getting ready to fly a helicopter when he had a seizure. "i got evacuated on my helicopter of all places, and spent a couple of days at an air force base in northern iraq and slowly got the medical treatment i needed." doctors found a 3 cenimeter tumor on early's brain... today, doctors removed 90 percent of the tumor. but they say it is a progressive type of cancer. early says... he's in good shape... considering the shape he's in.
