Test screenings of the film have reportedly revealed that a huge negative for the audience was the relationship between Tatum's "Duke" and Dwayne Johnson's "Roadblock" not being able to develop into a friendship before he's killed off. Tatum's star power has been growing with recent hits 21 Jump Street and The Vow, plus he is getting a lot of buzz for his upcoming stripper film Magic Mike, which would have been G.I. Joe 2's toughest competition had it stuck with the original June 29th release. That being said, we are going to go ahead an jump to some conclusions, do you thik that this release date move has anything to do with re working duke into the script, im going to go ahead and say YES! And its not just bc I have been obsessed with tatum since step it up...But what do YOU guys think?
