Ave Maria! Last September, the Friars held an International Centenary Symposium on the Mariology of Bl. John Duns Scotus at the University of Durham, England, in honor of the 700th  anniversary of Scotus' death (1308).  We had the great privilege of celebrating a mass at St. Margaret's Parish in Duns, Scotland, which is where Scotus was born, and of interviewing the main celebrant of the mass, His Eminence Keith Michael Patrick O'Brien, Cardinal of St. Andrews and Edinburgh, Scotland.
