The latest is that Janet Jackson might be joining the show! Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Janet is considering becoming a judge on the show and has already expressed her interest. She also spoke recently with Anderson Cooper and joked, "No I'm not a judge on the X Factor," to which Cooper replied, "You're not currently a judge on the X Factor," and she said "No I'm not, But that's all I really think I should say."Simon is holding preliminary meetings this week to find replacements for Paula Adbul and Nicole Scherzinger, as well as host Steve Jones. Sources say Pink is also high on Cowell's wish list, as well as Katy Perry. Simon said of her, "She would be great.
