Sarah Hyland reveals she just had a kidney transplant last month. And the donor was her father. The 21 year old actress has quietly been battling kidney dysplasia her entire life and on April 13 she underwent a kidney transplant. She says You know that family is always going to be there for you, no matter what. My dad gave me a freakin kidney. It was just amazing, and it really opened my eyes to see whos there for me and whos not.
