Rob Van Winkle, better known as '90s one-hit wonder Vanilla Ice, has kept a relatively low profile in recent years. He made to occasional bizarre appearances on reality TV, but recently he's found a new calling. Ice is starting a new career in Pantomiming! Oh yeah that's right people he's going to Rollin in his 5.0 to play a silent version of Captain Hook in a performance of 'Peter Pan' at the Kent Central Theatre in England. His manager Kent told Tony Hill off BBC, "He's never performed in a pantomime before, but I am sure he will go down as a hit!" This is great! Ice is back literally with a brand new invention. UBS raised its target price for IntercontinentalExchange Inc (NYSE:ICE) to $150 from $147 and reiterated its buy rating on the company.IntercontinentalExchange has a potential upside of 17% based on a current price of $118.97 and an average consensus analyst price target of $139.18.IntercontinentalExchange is currently below its 50-day moving average (MA) of $124.55 and should find support at its 200-day MA of $114.04.

Onlookers were impressed by the works of art.The annual ice sculpture festival kicked-off in Jelgava, Latvia.The theme of the 14th edition of the international event was "Mysteries," and 26 sculptors from eight countries - Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, UK and Norway - worked for several days in freezing temperatures to chisel their artworks.They used 30 tons of ice to create more than 50 large and middle scale sculptures.[Laura Stelpe, Visitor]:"This year it is really spellbinding. Fantastic sculptures, unrivaled - compared to the last year. It is obvious that this year very gifted artists participated. The sculptures are unique, it is amazing to watch, I suppose, something like this is rarely to be seen."[Aleksandr Tvogorov, Local Resident]:"This year it was the best, because it is cold. Some years it was rainy, and the sculptures were melting in the rain. All in all, it is an excellent festival."The first place in the competition went to the Lithuanian-Latvian team with their sculpture "flame that inspires."The artists say the artwork embodies the balance between heaven and earth, life and death.

It takes more than ten thousand workers to put it all together every year."Majestic castles and gigantic sculptures are set to steal the show at the 28th annual Harbin Ice and Snow Festival in China's northeastern Heilongjiang province.Two days before the official opening on Thursday, artificial snow machines are blowing full blast at the festival's main attractions. That's because Harbin—one of China's coldest cities—is experiencing unusually mild temperatures—as high as 59 degrees Fahrenheit.The festival's centerpiece is the Snow and Ice World. At a cost of $19 million, it's nearly 150 acres in size.[Zhao Hongjun, Snow and Ice World Operation Manager]:"It took 15 to 17 days to finish constructing the Snow and Ice World. We used more than 6.3 million cubic feet of ice."Zhao says an estimated 15,000 workers are involved in the construction. They're now making the finishing touches.35-year-old sculptor Liu Xiaodong says it's like a hobby.[Liu Xiaodong, Harbin Ice Sculptor]:"For me, as a Harbin native, I have special feelings towards ice... When I take a sculpting knife in hand, or let's say when I look at other people working and I'm not working, my hands feel as if they want to say, 'let me help you.' I feel very emotional." This 22-year-old visitor says the place brings back memories.[Zhang Meng, Hebei University Student]:"I feel like I'm back to my childhood... Just now I went down the slide, and when I was young, I would also go down the slide at school. I feel much younger."There were 1.1 million visitors last year. Organizers hope to see 20% more this time around.

The 27th annual Snow and Ice Festival in China's Harbin province opened today. Each year, hundreds of thousands of tourists brave sub-zero temperatures to witness the spectacle. It showcases some of the largest man-made ice structures in the world.This year, nearly ten million cubic feet of snow and ice were cut from Harbin's Songhua River so an army of sculptors could set to work on them with picks and chisels.Massive archways. Towering cathedrals. Many are fitted with lights inside the ice blocks.The Harbin Snow and Ice Festival—which opened Wednesday—brings hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. It's a subzero treat at a time when many people would be tempted to travel south to warmer climates.Sculptor Wen Donghua says he's been looking forward to displaying his work, which includes this giant bunny face to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Rabbit.[Wen Donghua, Sculptor]:"This snow sculpture uses more than 2,000 cubic meters of snow, and required more than 20 people working for five or six days to complete. The hardest part of this job is that it's very cold. But we can get over that."Harbin exports snow and ice around the world for similar festivals. The blocks of ice from the Songhua River are said to be particularly clear because it freezes slowly while being polished by the flowing river beneath.
