At 6:25, Milos errs when stating the RMR of muscle is 69 Cals/lb/day. That would mean a 200lb guy with 40%mm would have a RMR for his muscle alone of 5520 Cals/day. Don't think so..... More like 6.9 Cals/lb/day. Or if you want to take note of the science, refer to Elia 1992 who says muscle RMR is 13Cals/kg/day.
