As best as I can tell, the story centers around a semi- elite group of safety inspectors. An employee has had a horrible accident at the local 'Costco' like warehouse store. The unfortunate man, Pierce Johnson (Randsford Doherty, ' The Closer '), has been impaled on the business end of a forklift.
