The Beatles - Hey Jude
The Beatles were an English rock band, formed in Liverpool in 1960, who became one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts in the history of popular music. In their heyday the group consisted of John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals). Rooted in skiffle and 1950s rock and roll, the group later worked in many genres ranging from folk rock to psychedelic pop, often incorporating classical and other elements in innovative ways. The nature of their enormous popularity, which first emerged as the "Beatlemania" fad, transformed as their songwriting grew in sophistication. The group came to be perceived as the embodiment of progressive ideals, seeing their influence extend into the social and cultural revolutions of the 196

Annie, I'm Not Your Daddy August Darnell They say that all is fair in love and war And child believe it When mama stayed in Saint Tropez She had a fall or two And I'm telling it to you straight So you don't have to hear it in another way Oh Annie, I'm not your daddy Oh Annie, I'm not your daddy They say that out of sight is out of mind And child believe it Your mama was in search of love But all she got was used And I'm telling it to your face So you don't have to hear it in another place (Break it to me gently now Don't forget I'm just a child) Oh Annie, I'm not your daddy (Mama's baby's papa's baby) Oh Annie, I'm not your daddy (Mama's baby's papa's baby) See if I was in your blood Then you wouldn't be so ugly Yes I'm telling it to you straight So you don't have to hear it in another way (Break it to me gently now Don't forget I'm just a child) Oh Annie, I'm not your daddy (Mama's baby's papa's baby) Oh Annie, I'm not your daddy (Mama's baby's papa's baby)

Led Zeppelin - Whole Lotta Love
"Whole Lotta Love" is a song by English rock band Led Zeppelin from their second album, Led Zeppelin II. It was the band's first hit single and a cover version of it by C.C.S. was used as the theme song for the British television show Top of the Pops. It was recorded at various studios in New York and Los Angeles during a 1969 concert tour of the United States and assembled by Jimmy Page at Olympic Studios in London. Already part of their live repertoire, it saw its first official release on the LP II on October 22, 1969 (Atlantic LP #8236). The song was essentially a cover of the Willie Dixon song "You Need Love", a favorite of the band's as performed by the Small Faces that had also been released by Muddy Waters in 1962. This (and Bring It On Home) would lead to a lawsuit settled out of court in the favor of Dixon in 1985 over the similarity of the lyrics. The song also included lyrical nods to Dixon's "Back Door Man" and "Shake for Me", the latter as recorded by Howlin' Wolf. You Need Love would also inspire the song "Custard Pie" featured on Led Zeppelin's later album, Physical Graffiti. The song begins with a trademark Page riff and moves into the first chorus. Then, beginning at 1:24 (and lasting until 3:02) the song dissolves to a free jazz-like break involving a Theremin solo and the moans of Robert Plant (sometimes called the "orgasm section"). As audio engineer Eddie Kramer has explained: "The famous Whole Lotta Love mix, where everything is going bananas, is a combination of Jimmy and myself just flying around on a small console twiddling every knob known to man."
