Traditions believe this Shrine to be the holiest of all the 54 Shaktipeeths where the right arm of Sati had fallen after the legendary Daksha Yagya. Darshan are open round the clock throughout the year. It is generally believed that the Divine Mother sends a call to her children. Once a person receives it, is bound to visit the Maa Vaishno to receive her unbounded love and blessings.
