There are those who worry about Copyrighted music being used in Video Blogging, I am not one of them. The longer this video stays up on the internet the less likely anyone is gonna be sued.
What is this bullshit about having to have a narative structure to be "art?" THAT is bull shit. There is lots of crap that has narative structure. And lots of brilliant things that don't. All art is, is human expression. That 3 act narative bullshit is just Hollywood industry marketing crap. There are one act narative and there are 5 act naratives--and there are things with no narative, and it's all valid. It's all valid art.
Pauls..............The basic structure here I believe is you guys spoofing the Subterrainean Homesick Blues scene in Don't Look Back with Bob Dylan. Who himself was a "borrower" . You guys are hilarious, I couldn't stop chuckling with glee. Great comic touch. Of course I agree with your point and applaud your flagrand disregard of music kidnapping. You are lucky that dailymotion or other amateur video servers don't enforce this. Very creative courageous and outrageous. I like the way you cross the lines between professional and pedestrian. I say it's art, funny art, satiric art, political art, art of the people, where it belongs, not being held hostage. I'm stealing it for my vid blog!
