Hi there, I'm Bridget Daly and you're watching ClevverMusic's American Idol recap from last night's episode—the Group Round Hollywood Week. As you know—this is when all the shit hits the fan and people have breakdowns left and right. But this time around—people were dropping like flies not only from exhaustion, but from actual illness—aka the American Idol bug!
And those who aren't battling the flu, and just plain exhausted! This is pretty much how last night's episode went--people frantically trying to secure groups and start rehearsing. It made us dizzy just to watch! But we can't wait to see who stays after this round. Hi guys, I'm Bridget Daly and you're watching ClevverMusic. Madonna has finally responded to the MIA incident! She spoke with Ryan Seacrest this morning on his radio show and when prompted to give her opinion on the whole debacle, she said quote, "I was really surprised. I didn't know anything about it. I wasn't happy about it. I understand it's punk rock and everything, but to me there was such a feeling of love and good energy, and positivity it seemed negative."
Madge went on to call it a "teenager and irrelevant thing to do, saying "There was such a feeling of love and unity there what was the point? It was just out of place."
But despite that little hiccup, it seems Madonna was really thrilled with how the whole thing came out, and Ryan also mentioned that 114 million people watched the halftime show! That's insane! Well we think Madge handled the whole MIA situation very well, and that she's trying to focus more on the positive—always the way to go! Let us know what you think!
