I am not a professional chef, have never taken any cooking classes and never worked as an employee in the cooking industry. My videos are based on my personal cooking experience and for educational purposes only with video recorded candid mistakes because we are all humans and not perfect. <br /><br />My cooking methods are focused on being humble (nothing extravagant or impressive), with a little background gastronomical history, ingredient health benefits and step by step preparation and cooking. <br /><br />Many of the food I cook is base on taste testing to decipher its ingredients and method, figuring if I can duplicate it. I like to reinvent recipes and alter its ingredient to fit my personal taste and enhance its flavor. Certain traditional and ethnic dishes are known to me growing up in a multi-ethnic and cultural environment. I reference via books and online certain recipes, revise and alter, adding my own twist to it.
