Son credo : chanter la langue française. « Parce que c’est tout simplement la langue avec laquelle je pense, rêve, ressens et nuance le mieux », dixit l'intéressé. Pour autant c’est Outre-Manche qu’il puise une bonne part de sa musicalité. Mélodies pop taillées dans le bois des guitares côtoient ici le verbe à la française. Et c’est par le biais d’une innocence consentie que l’auteur aborde, entre légèreté et profondeur, les thèmes sensibles de la vie.
