For performing a yoga push-up you will require two yoga blocks and a yoga mat. On a yoga mat position yourself in a traditional push-up style with your hands stretched out and palms firmly stable on the yoga blocks. Perform a yoga push-up with all your strength and power but with persistence. Even a single push-up performed without persistence can wipe out your strength.
