The Training Room is a unique clinic that combines state of the art fitness and sports training with enhanced rehabilitation of all sports and orthopedic injuries. Located in Santa Barbara, The Training Room is directed by Dr. Mark Brisby who has over 30 years experience in athletic training and sports medicine. The Training Room coaches all hold national certifications and/or doctorate degrees and have over 80 years of combined sports medicine and training experience. The Training Room trains elite athletes, executives, adolescents, individuals recovering from injury and anyone who has general fitness as their goal. The Training Room rehabilitates all musculoskeletal injuries.
