For the 3rd edition of the International “Water and Film” Events (IWFE) to be held during the 6th World Water Forum (March 2012), the International Secretariat for Water (ISW) invites people aged 17-30 to submit short clips (max. 1 minute) dealing with the theme of water, particularly as regards to solutions.
