In the framework of the 10th European Youth Parliament for Water, Solidarity Water Europe in partnership with the International Water Film Events and the Provincie Gelderland (Netherlands) is running a video contest asking young Europeans to submit video spots on 'Climate change and its consequences on water resources'.

How to enter?
You are between 17 and 30 years old and you are interested in environment, water or art and culture? This video contest is made for you!
The contest is opened to the young participants of the 10th European Youth Parliament for Water and their network (schools, associations, NGO's, friends, informal groups of young people etc.) Spread the contest's call around you!
Be creative and express what climate change and its consequences on water means to you and what actions we could take to make changes to protect our water resources!

You have until 7th February 2011 to upload your video according to the following requirements listed.

Video requirements:
1. Video on climate change and water must be 1 minutes in length maximum.
2. Participants can use every numerical support to make their video spot (mobile phones, video camera, photo camera, webcam etc.)
3. Your video must be in English or subtitled in English.

The videos will be judged through a public vote open to all viewers. The spot getting the most votes will be the winner!
Winning prize is 100 euros or equivalent and the opportunity to enter the larger international video contest for the International Water Film Events to be held during the 6th World Water Forum in Marseille in 2012.
