Die Idee von Persiel ist es, Gesang und Theater so ineinanderzuflechten, dass ein Stück entsteht - eine Geschichte für jedermann, die berührt. Denn Musik dringt durchs Ohr mitten ins Herz und Schauspiel macht eine konkrete Handlung möglich, bei der man mit leben kann. Die Geschichte behandelt Themen, die immer aktuell bleiben und die alle kennen, weil sie direkt mit dem Leben zu tun haben. Die Fantasie und eigenen Erinnerungen der Zuschauer werden wach. Persiel erzählt und singt in einem tiefgründig absurd-abstrakten Stil, bleibt durch die Igelperspektive aber gleichzeitig konkret, einfach, greifbar und sinnlich. Das Stück bleibt lebendig, entwickelt sich stetig weiter und wächst. Durch das einfache Bühnenbild ist es überall aufführbar (nicht nur in Theatern) - es braucht einzig ein Klavier und ein CD Abspielgerät. Durch seine einzigartige Formel erzielt PERSIEL eine erstaunliche Wirkung: es bringt Augen zum Hören und Ohren zum Leuchten. Seine Geschichte dringt in jede Mikrofaser ein.
