Oceanside - It's a Ball! Beach Balls Invade Oceanside, California. After his owners leave on a vacation to Oceanside without him, Mr. Ball heads out to California to join them in the sand and surf. Upon arriving, hundreds of other beach balls turn up looking for some adventure of their own and take part in all the exciting activities San Diego County has to offer.
