For the past 16 years, the Democratic Directors of Manchester have put people first. They have worked hard to minimize spending while continuing to provide necessary services. They have focused on rebuilding schools, bringing tax relief to seniors, and providing positive, constructive outlets to keep our kids productive and off the streets. They have and will always continue to put the people of Manchester first.
