ICMSE is an International platform for Microfinance and SME Development and promoting Social Businesses for fighting poverty and improving living condition of the low income population. ICMSE has launched in 2006 by Dr. Mostaq Ahmmed, who is an expert in microfinance and Social business, having long working experiences with ASA, FINCA International and Planet Finance and provided technical support and training to hundreds of microfinance institutions and banks in 32 countries. He is a visiting professor of HEC at the Masters Program of Sustainable Development.
ICMSE is established to provide technical & financial support and facilitate Development Agency, Microfinance Institutions, NGOs, Commercial Banks, and Rural Banks, while creating a linkage to corporate businesses and prestigious Training Institute and Universities. The objective is to provide a platform where these upcoming businesses can benefit from professional and financial access that will foster and promote innovative business & products development, while building their management capacity simultaneously for sustainable social and economic growth.
