In the cold twilight of the 1980s, Sidney Lovechain was born and raised with fellow dog-makeup-remover, Rubus Hogsmut. After years of being pelted by tomatoes and being accused of 'crimes against nature' the pair ran away from the Circus for a better life.
Fortune raised its smiling eyes when the pair met young entrepreneur Tom Reid offering shelter at the cost of a bi-weekly tomato pelting and more than often screwdriver fights.
History was made when the trio discovered 'pencil'. Sid and Rubus marked the event by changing their names to Louis and Ian respectively. Tom discarded his rusty, blood shodden screwdriver and gradually turned a serious gambling problem into a catchy name for the gang.
