Protesters calls on gov't to look into agri-fishery sector affected by El Niño

Protesters from the Amihan National Federation of Peasant Women, together with various organizations, held a protest at the Department of Agriculture in Quezon City on Thursday, May 9.

The aim of the protest is to call on the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to look into the current situation of farmers, fisherfolk, and rural-based sectors that are affected by the El Niño phenomenon.
